We are very delighted to announce that We have finished that project of pipe forming machine for one of the biggest manufactories for pipe forming in the middle east Al Amal Elshrief company.
the upgrade of the machine was done by using Schneider electric devices:
Type of modules used in the project:
- TM200C60R for plc
- PI3070ie for HMI
- TM3DQ16R/G Extension module
- TM3DI16R/G Extension module
- TMCR2AQ2C Analog output module from 4 to 20 mA
- TMCR2TI2 Analog temperature inputs
we did all steps of upgrading such as:
- Commissioning
- Installing hardware
- plc selection according to the process
- Wiring of plc
- making RS485 cable for communication
- Programming Plc software
- Designing HMI and programming
- Making all tests on the machine
